It’s 5 wins in a row for #6 Kentucky basketball as they came from behind to escape with an 87-85 win at Florida on Saturday.
The now 11-2 Cats were led by 19 from Antonio Reevers, DJ Wagner chipped in 14 points while Tre Mitchell posted a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double despite dealing with cramps in the closing minutes. Aaron Bradshaw finished with 10 points and seven rebounds including a big 3 pointer late in the game while Reed Sheppard added 14 points (six of his 14 coming at the free throw line in the clutch) along with five rebounds.
The 11-2 Cats will be home at Rupp Arena for their next SEC matchup tomorrow, Tuesday night against the Missouri Tigers. You can hear the UK-Missouri game tomorrow night here on 103-9 The Bulldog, tip-off is at 7:00pm with pregame at 5:30pm.
