He is survived by his companion: Lynette Cornett; 2 sons: Ryan Stamper of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and David Collins of Whitesburg; 3 brothers: Carl Stamper of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, Billy Stamper of Bardstown and Rick Stamper of Winchester and 3 grandchildren.
